Each after-school workshop session will be a 1.5 hour class that meets once a month throughout the year.
In October, we’re helping girls learn to Face Their Feelings!
Through stories, activities, and meaningful conversations, girls will explore emotions, build confidence in expressing themselves, and discover healthy ways to navigate life’s ups and downs. Together, we’ll grow emotional awareness, resilience, and self-understanding!
Each class focuses on the following format:
- Opening and closing circle
- Group discussion on the topic of the month
- Playing games and activities
- Making a creative art project
Ticket cost includes snacks and crafts, along with a valuable lesson.

Refunds or Credits will be provided if notice is received 10 days prior to the event or workshop. An administrative fee of 20% will be applied.
