Middle School Students – May 2026: Health and Wellness

Each after-school workshop session will be a one-and-a-half-hour class that meets once a month throughout the year.

We’re wrapping up the year with a focus on Self Care & Growth! Girls will reflect on how far they’ve come, and learn tools to recharge, reset, and care for themselves inside and out.

Each class focuses on the following format – opening and closing circle, group discussion on the topic of the month, playing games, activities and making a creative art project.

Ticket cost includes snacks and crafts, along with a valuable lesson.
