Traut Elementary – May 2026: Self Care & Growth

Each after-school workshop session will be a two-hour class that meets once a month throughout the year.

As the school year winds down, we focus on reflection and renewal. Girls learn simple self-care routines and celebrate how much they’ve grown—inside and out.

Each class focuses on the following format – opening and closing circle, group discussion on the topic of the month, playing games, activities and making a creative art project.

Ticket cost includes snacks and crafts, along with a valuable lesson.
