Blooming Girls (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs after-school enrichment programs for elementary-age girls in Fort Collins, Colorado. We know you are trusting us with your family’s information, and we take that seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

- Information about your daughter that you choose to provide when registering — such as her name, age, grade, and school
- Emergency contact, health, allergy, and medical information you provide on our workshop waiver

Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Children’s privacy
Our programs are for children, but our website and advertising are directed at parents and guardians — not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Any information we hold about a child is provided to us by her parent or legal guardian during registration. If you believe a child has given us information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.
How we use your information
- To register your daughter and run our workshops safely
- To contact you about classes, schedules, and changes
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To process payments and keep records
- To send occasional news, offers, and program updates (you can opt out anytime)
- To understand how our website is used and to improve it
- To show our ads to parents who may be interested in our programs
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel and Google Analytics on our website. These tools use cookies to help us measure how our ads and website perform and to show relevant ads to people who may be interested in our programs. If you submit a form through one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, the information you provide in that form comes to us so we can follow up with you.
You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad settings and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we never sell information about your child. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example payment processors, our website host, our email service, and the analytics and advertising platforms described above. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to protect the safety of a child, our staff, or others.
Emails and text messages
If you give us your email or phone number, we may contact you about your registration and about our programs. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any email, reply STOP to any text message, or just email us and ask. We will still need to contact you about classes your daughter is enrolled in.
How long we keep information
We keep registration, waiver, and payment records for as long as needed to run our programs and to meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove identifying details.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your family’s information and limit who can access it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child, or ask us to stop sending marketing messages. Colorado residents may have additional rights under state privacy law. To make a request, just contact us using the details below — we will not treat you differently for asking.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the “last updated” date above.
